Survey: World Heart Vision 2030

Dear Members,

We are pleased to inform you that the World Heart Federation is currently working on an initiative called World Heart Vision 2030a report that will address strategic challenges and opportunities the cardiovascular health community will face over the next decade and develop an aspirational, yet actionable vision for the years to come.

World Heart Vision 2030 will review key challenges and propose ways in which they can be turned into opportunities to improve cardiovascular health, reduce cardiovascular health inequalities and contribute to reducing the global burden of cardiovascular disease.

The World Heart Vision 2030 report is being developed through an extensive literature review, a series of discussions with key stakeholders, and a survey to all our Members. To guide our work, we would therefore like to seek your feedback on the key domains and priority areas which have already been identified.

This survey is intended to provide you with the opportunity to share your thoughts and ideas for inclusion in the World Heart Vision 2030 report. We encourage you to forward it to individuals in your region working on heart health, including healthcare professionals, decision-makers, policy advocates, NGOs, patients and patient representatives. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

The feedback provided will inform the content of the report that will be discussed during the World Heart Summit late May 2022. We therefore kindly invite you to provide your feedback by Sunday, 6 March, 2022.

We thank you in advance for your valuable contributions.

Kind regards,

Prof Fausto Pinto | WHF President
Dr Jean-Luc Eiselé | WHF Chief Executive Officer
